Inmaculada Romero García

She obtained a Law Degree at Pablo Olavide University of Sevilla in 2005 and has been practising as a lawyer in Madrid since 2006. She worked at Diez de Baranda Law Firm of Sevilla and later at ADVOCATIA ABOGADOS law firm in Madrid. In 2013 she founded Romero & Cauli Law Firm together with Simona Cauli. She has a wide experience in Family Law, combining the legal assistance with a customized dedication, managing each case with sensitivity, empathy and solidarity. She is also specialized in Successions and Wills as well as Employment Law.


The experience obtained at international firms allows her to offer assistance to both Spanish citizens as well as foreigners, handling cross-border cases on a daily basis (for example, separations and divorces between citizens of different countries, successions of foreigners with goods in Spain, employment agreements or management agreements for international groups, etc.). She is the author of various articles such as “La pugna entre dos estados por la guarda y custodia de una menor de edad en el caso Innes-Carrascosa.”, published in Diario Jurídico. She received the “José Corrales” award from the Spanish Association of Family Lawyers for the best article entitled “El levantamiento del velo y su aplicabilidad en la fijación y ejecución de pensiones alimenticias”. She is member of the Young Lawyers Department and the Family Law Department of the Madrid Bar Association. She speaks Spanish and English.

Simona Cauli

Former Member of the Pavia Bar Association (Italy 2002-2015)


She obtained a Law Degree magna cum laude at the University of Pavia (Italy) in 2002. She is entitled to practice as a lawyer since 2006. She worked at MDM Fiscal and Law Firm of Milan, dealing with civil and commercial cases, giving assistance to foreign companies with interests in Italy. Later she specialized in economic criminal law, corporate criminal liability, manslaughters and injuries related to medical liability, traffic accidents and work-related injuries. She worked in Milan until 2010 as an associate at Santa Maria – Elli Law Firm and Elli Law Firm.



In 2010, after approving the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme at the Spanish Justice Ministry, she moved to Madrid where she worked at ADVOCATIA ABOGADOS, where she worked in criminal law as well as civil and commercial law in an international context, giving assistance to individuals and foreign companies, especially Italian companies.
In 2013 she founded, together with Inmaculada Romero, Romero & Cauli Law Firm, where she deals, not only with criminal law but also civil, commercial law and international agreements. Interested in the relationships between law and the Internet, she advises companies in respect to the creation of web pages, drafting the general conditions, privacy, cookies and copyright information. She is member of the Young Lawyers Department and Italian-Spanish Department of the Madrid Bar Association. She works in Spanish, Italian and English on a daily basis.

Borís Klemmer

Law Degree at the University of Köln (Germany). He later studied at the Complutense University of Madrid, obtaining an E.C. Law Degree. He practised as an associate at various law firms in Bonn, Köln and Madrid. Since 2005 he has been practising as a lawyer in his own firm in Puerto de la Cruz, where he assists both Spanish as well as foreign clients. His areas of expertise are civil law, commercial law and real estate. He works in Spanish, German and English on a daily basis.
