We offer our assistance for the negotiation and draft of commercial agreements between Spanish and foreign companies, also in the context of corporate groups. Our services include, for example, the following agreements: international collaboration agreements such as distribution, franchising, international intermediary contracts, such as agency, commission, mediation, international sales contracts, etc.

Our firm offers assistance in judicial proceedings concerning corporate aspects (such as, liability actions against the company managers) and contractual disputes.

Bankruptcy Law

We give assistance to companies in case of insolvency, communicating the pre-bankruptcy situation to the Court. Our services also include the draft and presentation of a bankruptcy application, communication of credits, assistance to creditors, etc. We also assist companies with respect to replevin actions.
